BASIC CONFIDENTIALITY POLICY
It is SRA Architects' policy that personal information, such as your name, postal and email address, or telephone number, is private and confidential. Accordingly, the personal information that you provide is stored in a secure location, is accessible only by designated staff, and is used only for the purposes for which you provide the information (such as to reply to your requests for information or to convey information to you regarding your project).

If you indicate on our site or via telephone, fax, email, or written letter that you would like to receive information or be contacted about our services, your personal information will be added to our contact lists. If at any time you change your mind and would like to add or remove your name from SRA Architects’ mailing or contact lists, or correct your personal information, please email us at mail@sraarchitects.net.

NO RELEASE OF INFORMATION TO THIRD PARTIES
Personal information will not be released to third parties except to further the purpose for which you provided the information, such as sending your name and contact information to a General Contractor for your Project, or if release is required by law or is pertinent to judicial or governmental investigations or proceedings. There are no other circumstances under which we will provide personal information to third parties. We never sell personal information to third parties.

NO COMPUTER TRACKING OF IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION
Our website is not set up to automatically track, collect, or distribute personal information about its visitors. It does not recognize or record email addresses. We reserve the right to determine or record the home server of visitors, to automatically determine and record which Internet Service Provider our visitors use, but not the name, addresses or other information about our visitors to our sites. This information will be used only for internal purposes by SRA Architects’ technical support staff.

Additionally, our website can track information about the visits to our website. For example, we compile statistics that show the daily number of visitors to our sites, the daily requests received for particular files on our website, and from what countries those requests come. These aggregated statistics are used internally to better provide services to the public and may also be provided to others, but again, the statistics contain no personal information and cannot be used to gather such information.

SRA Architects is not responsible for the privacy practices or policies of any group or website externally linked to our website.
